General Practice

As a general practitioner Dr Nightingale works in the front line of the healthcare system and takes the initial steps to provide care for any health problems that patients may have. He aims to take care of the individuals in the local society, irrespective of the patient’s type of disease or other personal and social characteristics, and to organise the resources available in the healthcare system to the best advantage of his patients.
Dr Nightingale has been practicing as a general practitioner since 2004 after completing his degree at the University of Stellenbosch. He joined New Street Surgery in 2017 to help promote the health and well-being of the local population.
